At this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States, or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States.

Shipping Options

UPS Ground Service
We offer $7.95 Flat Rate GROUND shipping via UPS, on all orders. Customers should expect delivery 3-5 business days after the order has been processed, excluding weekends and holidays.

UPS 2nd Day Air
Customers should typically expect delivery by end of the 2nd business day after the order has been processed, excluding weekends and holidays.

UPS Next Day Air
Customers should typically expect delivery by 10:30 a.m., the following business day, after the order has been processed, excluding weekends and holidays.

UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air rates are calculated based on the delivery address and the shipping method chosen.

Arrival of Your Order:

  •  Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00PM (PST) will ship the following business day.

  • All orders ship complete unless specified otherwise during checkout.

Every pair of our handcrafted footwear is backed by our quality guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please return any unworn shoes in the original shoebox within 90 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or a refund. We refund on the original method of payment.  Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. A credit should appear on your account. Please call customer service at (888) 392-4435 for assistance on returns.

Discount Card Returns

If you wish to return a product that was purchased with a discount card, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it.

If you wish to exchange the product purchased with a discount card, we will happily apply the same discount to the product it is exchanged with.
